On Saturday 30th June I will be hosting an 'Equaliteas' event at Mountsorrel Memorial Centre where over tea and cake we will be celebrating the 90th anniversary of the 1928 Representation of the People (Equal Franchise) Act, which gave equal voting rights to men and women alike.
